On the afternoon of December 1st, the 13th Council Meeting and the 11th Executive Council Expanded Meeting of the Guangdong Anatomy Society were successfully held at Guangzhou Medical University (Panyu Campus) to announce the official launch of the Guangzhou Medical University Clinical Anatomy Center.

      The expanded meeting was chaired by Professor Wang Huaqiao, Chairman of the Guangdong Anatomy Society and a professor at Sun Yat-sen University. The meeting discussed preparations for the 2021 academic annual conference and related matters for the 14th representative conference. Professor Long Dahong, Party Secretary of the Basic Medical College of Guangzhou Medical University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the university.

      Professor Xuan Aiguo, Director of the Anatomy Teaching and Research Office at Guangzhou Medical University, introduced to the attending leaders and experts the development of the teaching and research office in various aspects such as discipline development, scientific research, teaching, experiments, and talent cultivation, as well as the achievements made.

       During the meeting, Mr. Zhong Haizhao, Director of Deren Science and Education, was invited to report to the attending leaders and experts on the recent development and product R&D progress of Deren Company. He also presented a report titled "Thoughts and Explorations on the Construction of New Medical Anatomy Laboratories During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period," elaborating on the ideas, concepts, and directions for building anatomy laboratories based on the "Deren Six Modernizations" principle (i.e., laboratory construction should be safe and healthy, scientifically practical, digitally intelligent, clinically foundational,线上线下开放化, and人文情怀化).

       After the meeting, the attending leaders and experts visited the scientific research platforms and teaching laboratories of the Anatomy Department at Guangzhou Medical University. Finally, the experts specially visited the Guangzhou Medical University Clinical Anatomy Center, which was designed and constructed by Deren Science and Education. They inspected and discussed the newly delivered Clinical Anatomy Center, exchanged ideas on the hardware facilities, software facilities, theoretical teaching facilities, and practical operation facilities, and provided valuable suggestions for the rational use and business development of the Clinical Anatomy Center, which was officially put into use immediately.
