Looking back on 2021, under the care and support of leaders at all levels and departments, with the recognition and affirmation of domestic and international clients, and through the unity and collaboration of all employees, Derentech has remained committed to its duties, worked diligently, actively carried out various tasks, and successfully completed all assigned objectives.

 Due to the impact of the pandemic, overseas sales and after-sales service personnel were unable to return to the company to participate in offline activities, and about one-third of non-local employees had already taken a week off to return home early. To enhance team morale and strengthen cohesion, on this clear winter day with gentle winds and pure clouds, the company held the grand "Derentech 2021 Annual Summary and Recognition Ceremony" on the afternoon of January 18 for employees staying locally for the New Year.

This year-end summary and recognition ceremony lasted from noon until 9 p.m. The company prepared suits, shirts, ties, and red scarves for all attending employees, who dressed formally, looked radiant, and were full of energy.

The annual event was organized by department, featuring activities such as group photos with the theme "Corporate Belonging, Value Cultivation, Growing with Derentech"; collective movie-watching aimed at "Corporate Culture Development and Aesthetic Thinking"; work summary reports with the responsibility of "Criticism and Self-Criticism, Seeking Development Through Reflection"; sharing of work experiences guided by "Mutual Learning, Mutual Reference, Sustainable Development"; recognition of outstanding employees with the goal of "No Best, Only Better, Continuous Improvement"; and a banquet, prize draws, and performances with the motto "Through Thick and Thin, Grateful for You." Everyone actively participated, united as one, and thoroughly enjoyed the happiness brought by the event. This annual event not only strengthened corporate culture and spiritual civilization but also enriched cultural and recreational life, thereby enhancing the cohesion and unity of the company's employees.
