Hosted by the Chinese Society of Anatomy and co-organized by the Morphology Branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chongqing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the "4th Academic Annual Conference of the Morphology Branch of Chinese Society of Anatomy & 3rd Teaching Innovation Competition of Traditional Chinese Medicine Morphology" will be held in Chongqing!

We warmly welcome faculty and students from medical schools nationwide specializing in human anatomy, histology and embryology, and morphology to actively participate in the competition!

Competition Content

Participants

Young teachers under 45 years old (born after July 1979). Each institution is invited to recommend 1-2 young faculty members specializing in human anatomy or histology and embryology to participate in the competition.

Competition Format

1. Lecture Introduction: 3 minutes. Briefly explain the main features of the teaching content, its role in the overall curriculum, and how the teaching objectives, key points, difficulties, and methods are determined based on syllabus requirements.

2. Teaching Demonstration: 12 minutes. Theoretical teaching of human anatomy or histology and embryology (specific requirements详见Appendix 3).

Requirements & Notes

1. Participants must complete the "3rd Traditional Chinese Medicine Morphology 'Deren Cup' Youth Teaching Innovation Competition Application Form" (see Appendix 2). The form requires institutional stamp and handwritten signature, and must be scanned and emailed to zhongyuan211@sina.com by June 10, 2024, with subject line "2024 TCM Morphology Branch + Teaching Competition Application + Name".

2. Participants must prerecord their competition content (including 3-minute introduction and 12-minute teaching) in MP4 format (file size ≤500MB) and upload to Baidu Netdisk by June 20, 2024. The download link will be sent after receiving the application form. Note: Entries must not contain personal or institutional information.

3. An expert committee will prescreen submitted videos. Finalists will compete onsite on July 6, 2024 (no introduction required, 12-minute presentation each). Awards will be determined based on onsite performance.
